| I read the card and it looks, to me, like the player who played this card must discard two cards. But the combo mentioned by BD and Leto's comment say that, if you play it on your opponent, it causes him or her to discard two cards? Who is right? I don't know because I don't own any of these. | |||||||||

| Man this card used to be a beast. Outsider, for lack of a better word, raped me with a deck focused around this card in the last tournament I played on the old client. The key is you drop it on the opponent's persona when it doesn't matter, Ground Assault or Solar Flare them out of existence when it matters. They lose cards, the ultimate Ruined Plans. It hasn't aged well with a) the nerfing to solar flare, and b) the increase to 40 minimum deck size. I'm telling you, Outsider forcibly discarded my entire hand by turn 6, and then removed all of the bonuses with one Solar Flare. I was crying for weeks. | |||||||||

| Okay this card was meh back in the day. Now it is useless in light of cards like Prominent Senator who can vote in any category and don’t require you to discard valuable assets. | |||||||||
