Background

As this site has become more popular, I have decided to offer game card rewards to players who help make the site better by adding quality content. The Active Player base of Legends of Norrath has a wealth of information about this game that would be of great use to new players wanting to learn the games and become part of this community.

The Rewards

I am offering 4 cents ($0.04) that can be spent at my Card Store for each card comment or card combination added to this site.

What I Expect From Comments

Comments should contain substantive information that will help players understand how to use that card to their advantage. Combinations should highlight unique ways in which cards can be used together. In all cases the written description should be at least a couple of sentences, and hopefully a full paragraph of information.

How To Add Comments

If you go to the show card page for any card you will see, at the bottom, a link called "Add Comment". If you instead see a link that says "Login to add a card comment", you must login to this web site to add your comments. Each card comment is attached to a particular user. This allows me to keep track of who has left comments, as well as allowing players to see who made that comment. Clicking on the "Add Comment Link" will enter the add comment page, here you can type a title for your comment, as well as the text of the comment. Please read the instructions on the page carefully. The best comments refer to other cards as well using the hyperlinking system described on the add comment page. In the extreme top right corner of the Card Combo List on each cards detail page is a hyperlink that will allow you to add a card combo for this card. Again you must be logged in to add Card Combos.

Checking Your Progress

If you login to the Web Site and visit your Player Page you can see how much reward you have earned. Each time you add a comment or a combo this number will update automatically.

Fine Print

The site owner is the sole arbitrar of what defines substantive comments. If I believe you are trolling, spamming, or just spewing usless comments I will disallow any payment. If you provide good info I will bend over backward to compensate you for that effort, but if you are trying to work the system, I'll cut you off in a heartbeat. Good content that will be useful to readers of this site is what I am looking to encourage with this program. If you can provide that, we will have no problems.
